Punthill Essendon North opens its doors.
Leading boutique apartment hotel operator, the Veriu Group, has kicked off 2023 with a bang, announcing the opening of its latest property, Punthill Essendon North, in the heart of Melbourne’s inner north west last week.
Built in partnership with EVR Group, the state-of-the-art 40-apartment hotel offers a mix of modern studio and one-bedroom apartments, designed to accommodate solo and group travel, for business or leisure. More broadly, the last few months have been busy ones for Sanjana, with the Group unveiling the 110-room Veriu Queen Victoria Market – its first Victorian Veriu Apartment Hotel branded property in early December. The new Veriu Collingwood, located in one of the inner city’s most popular locales, is being developed in partnership with the Gurner Group, is also expected to open in early April. But he’s showing no signs of complacency.
