Head of Queensland Communities, Ian Murray said

“Elliot Springs is fast becoming a hotspot for local and Interstate buyers who are taking advantage of the great price points and the ability to build right now on a registered lot.

“We’re seeing strong enquiries with a high proportion of current Townsville homeowners and renters looking to upgrade to a brand-new home.

“The community is fast taking shape with residents already enjoying a community centre, café, petrol station and outdoor community facilities, including a series of walking trails and Wadda Mooli Park.”

Am Elliot Springs resident, Carly Randall said,

“There are four main reasons we chose to build in Elliot Springs; the natural surroundings and active outdoor lifestyle, location, which for us is right in-between our workplaces, the community feel, particularly for young families and affordability of the land with the flexibility to build what suits our family.

“A big selling point were the great parks, trails and footpaths, the surrounding natural landscape and wildlife offers a tranquil and peaceful neighbourhood.

“There is such a wonderful community feel here. We look forward to meeting our future neighbours, participating in family events and sports, and engaging with the community garden, yoga, and other initiatives.”
