Stone Real Estate strengthens Gold Coast presence with Southport office

Aydan Mullin is at the helm of a brand new Stone Real Estate branch in Southport, Queensland

Australia’s fastest-growing real estate business Stone Real Estate is opening a brand new office in Southport, on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

The office is a brand new franchise to be helmed by Principal Aydan Mullin, who was most recently an Associate Director at Republik Property before deciding to set up his own shop. Mullin will run the new Stone Real Estate Southport alongside his wife Stefanie, with the pair bringing close to three decades combined experience in the property industry.

With a CV boasting stints at Ray White, First National, Harcourt and Savills, Aydan Mullin is a specialist in prestige Main River sales and brings deep understanding of multiple local real estate brands to the new Stone Southport, having also set multiple street sales records on the Gold Coast. For her part, Stefanie Mullin also spent time at Ray White and McGrath, as well as Savills and Republik.

Aydan and Stefanie Mullin first met with the Stone team a year ago in Sydney when they initially considered setting up their own agency. “When we first sat down for a meeting, the Stone name already resonated with me, and I was impressed with the branding, support and amazing back end that came with being part of the network. I reached out to the guys at Stone again about five months ago and continued the talks to open my own agency.

Stone Southport is launching with several premium listings on its books. “We are really looking forward to being a part of a national organisation, and the support that has been shown from Stone’s whole upper management has been top notch,” Mullin added.

“It’s exciting to join one of the fastest growing companies in Australia, with a focus on building their partners to be the best that they can be while giving them all the best tools to achieve the absolute results for our clients.”

Stone Real Estate Queensland Founding Partner Scott Kelly said: “We’re delighted to welcome Aydan and Stefanie to the Stone Real Estate family. Southport and the broader prestige market are key markets for Stone on the Gold Coast as we continue to expand our presence in Queensland.”

Stone Real Estate Head Of Franchise, Luke Cameron, said: “From our first meeting Aydan and Stefanie in 2021 we knew that these were the sort of people we wanted to look after the Stone brand in the highly competitive Gold Coast market.

“Aydan and Stefanie bring ambition and experience that adds significant presence to Stone Real Estate, and we look forward to seeing their business grow in the coming years.”
