Stone Real Estate opens Greenwich office

Australia’s fastest growing real estate network has opened another office in Sydney, with Stone Greenwich launching in Sydney’s desirable Lower North Shore.

The location was previously operating as Harbourline Real Estate. Owner Bernadette Hayes will stay on in the business as a Partner which will operate under the guidance of Group CEO Marshall Cobb and his team who also look after the nearby ‘super-size’ Stone Real Estate Crows Nest franchise.

Stone Real Estate initially approached Bernadette to join the group as an agent, however  as Bernadette's husband  was contemplating retirement, a full business merger was more appropriate and beneficial to both parties.

Over the past 11 years Hayes has established herself as one of the top sales agents on the Lower North Shore holding a sizable share of the Greenwich market. She has appeared on Selling Houses Australia and has sold many of the highest value homes in the suburb over the past seven years.

Marshall Cobb said: “Bernadette Hayes will continue to be an integral part of the business.. We also welcome on board Maggie Mackenzie to join Hanny Japri in our sales team. The wonderful property management team and administration staff are also staying in place to continue their great work.”

Bernadette Hayes’ record includes achieving the highest sale price ever in Greenwich at $13.57m, and she also currently holds the top sale price in Greenwich for 2022 at $10.7m. "We look forward to the next chapter and we are very excited about joining the Stone group,” she said.

“We remain in our lovely office in Greenwich Village and will continue to support the local schools, the sporting clubs and our other charitable events we organise including the annual Christmas Carols by Candlelight”

Stone Real Estate’s presence on Sydney’s Lower North Shore continues to expand at rapid pace, with Greenwich joining the recently opened Crows Nest office, as well as locations in McMahons Point, Willoughby and Mosman/Neutral Bay.

Stone Real Estate Head Of Franchise, Luke Cameron, said: “A core part of the Stone Real Estate ethos is to combine high performance with real world impact for local communities, and Bernadette’s record speaks for itself when it comes to her standing and reputation with the community in Greenwich and surrounds.

“We’re excited to bring her into the fold at Stone, and with the support of Marshall Cobb and his management team, we can’t wait to see the new Stone Real Estate Greenwich office reach  new heights over the coming months and years.”
