Stone Real Estate to launch townhouse development in Currumbin Waters

Stone Real Estate has announced a pioneering project in the Gold Coast suburb of Currumbin Waters with Stage 1 comprising 30 luxury townhomes and prices starting from $899,000. Central Park Residences will allow buyers to access a growth area with these affordable luxury townhomes, with Stone Real Estate having had great previous success in the area. Rebecca Leo of Stone Real Estate called the development a “first of its kind in the area in terms of quality & sustainability’.

“There are existing townhouse developments in the area including in the same street, however they are not of the calibre that these developers are planning to deliver,” she said.

Currumbin Waters saw close to an 18% increase in median house price over the last 12 months. This new project provides a fantastic opportunity for downsizers & young families plus offering a very strong rental potential they are also an excellent option for investors and more. The location is close to the beach, with a dedicated walking/bike trail from the development to the beach. The area has appealed to buyers in recent years thanks to being more affordable than beachside suburbs like Palm Beach and Currumbin.

“It’s close to Currumbin Creek, a well-known location for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking etc. Additionally, it’s also on the doorstep of everything the valley has to offer in terms of hiking trails, great biking tracks, rock pools, waterfalls, yet just a short drive to beaches, cafes, restaurants, and shopping,” Rebecca added. “We are very excited to be part of a pioneering project that is delivering something of this calibre to the area and with a developer that is passionate about adding value for locals. They want to make it special and something to proudly put their name to on the Gold Coast.”

The developer of the project is ASG Group, who have completed multiple projects across QLD & NSW, recently in Indooroopilly & Greenslopes. The selected builder for this project has won Master Home Builder of the Year among other industry awards. “The developer is also very mindful of the environment and all townhouses will be fitted and ready for buyers to add their own preferred solar and electric vehicle chargers as well as having energy-efficient, double-glazed windows,” Rebecca said.
