Australia’s Luxury Home Hotel Service, coveted by celebrities and those seeking the finest private villas available, are expanding their service offering into corporate events, photoshoots and filming.


Luxico exclusively manages $700 million worth of property in Australia, with homes featuring private heli-pads, vineyards and infinity pools in prime locations across the country.

The decision to open their doors for photoshoots, filming and events came after receiving several direct requests from brands seeking unique, high-end properties and breathtaking backdrops for their next campaign.


“Our coastal properties with infinity pools overlooking the ocean in particular captured the attention of several agencies. We’re fortunate to have the keys to some hidden gems across the country – some requiring direct helicopter access.”


With only 1 in 8 homes that apply making the cut, Luxico manages more than 200 properties worth up to $50 million dollars across the east coast, from the Whitsundays to the Mornington Peninsula.


Luxico’s professional team are on hand, fluent in understanding client briefs and curating homes to match their needs. Homes are also offered with an onsite location manager, well versed in the property to assist on the day.
